Well in case any of you hadn't have guessed my computer is working once again and my friend got their Mac back (and they can keep the damn thing!

).
Turns out vista was my problem (NOOOO NOT VISTA!

) but it's been sorted out and I'm getting it upgraded to Windows 7.
SculptureAs for sculpture....well, I hit a big snag with the last piece, (not the strigoi) net result the entire torso got scrapped) I'm going to be completely re-designing it again, including the pose. I got stuck in a rut after that and found myself playing computer games for the past week afterwards (though a lack of carbs might be to blame too....). Having to redo the AOW sculpt with the exception of the head, likewise is annoying me, but the current pose was too large and the position of the hands and arms didn't allow for a lot of options (you can't just have different shaped and positioned arms as that would affect the surrounding muscles).
Boxing day swim (I must be mad)Well wouldn't you know it? Turns out some of the guys from the climbing club go and take part in the boxing day swim. However.... in order to make an impression they have made it a regular themed event ever since two of them went dressed as Borat (complete with Lime green mankini). Since then, it's become a custom to take part in a theme each year and as my luck would have it (Oh joy of joys!) this year's theme is baywatch.
.....
Wait for it....
Sounds innocent enough right? Wrong... all the men have to go dressed as Pamala Anderson and all the girls as David Hasslehoff. Don't even ask because assuming I even go as Pamala (I feel very suspicious about the whole thing

) I'm not taking photos or loading them up here.
Dieting (because one of two people asked for details)Other than that I thought I'd put up an update on the leaning cycle as I was skeptical of the Thyroid fooling diet at first.
The principal is to survive on reduced CHOs for three days and then double the amount every fourth day. The reason for the increase is to stop your Thyroid from recognizing the calorie drop and starting a starvation response. For one thing this meant I got about 60% of my total CHOs for that day only after training.

But it's worked well so far and with no drop off in strength or endurance.
Frist week: begining weight was 98-99kg (216-218 pounds).
End of the week was just 98kg, though the scales might have been off.
Second week: finishing weight was 95kg (209 pounds).
End of this week: finishing weight was 93kg (204.6 pounds).
So there you have it, a 6 kilo weight loss (13.2 pounds) in just three weeks and my intercostals have already popped back out.
